Hi everyone,
Well the fall is finally here! We are so happy to see you all again after a great summer. The next two Saturday classes both Flow Yoga and Spin ( yes we have finally started) October 30th and November 6th as well as all Evette's classes from Monday, November 1st thru Monday November 8th will be canceled. I will be visiting family that week and will return for spin class on Wednesday the 10th and back to yogalates on Thursday the 11th. Kim's classes will be held as usual. Thank you and see you when I get back!
